The writer companies of the Erca Group inform that the use of the e-mail service inside the organization is regulated by an internal discipline, drawn up in accordance with the Italian laws
in force (D.L. 196/2003 and following resolutions of the privacy authority).

In particular, every authorized e-mail user is aware that:

• the use of the company’s e-mail service has to be done for company’s purposes only, and not for personal reasons;
• except some special authorizations, the e-mail addresses put at users’ disposal are not personalised (example: dircom@gruppoerca.com) and can be so shared with other users or with company’s management.

Hence, we advise all recipients of e-mails coming from Erca Group users, that their replies, and in general all messages addressed to Erca Group recipients may be spread inside the organization.
